Note: For international sales, defective items must be returned to our company at the customer's expense.

Additional Notes for International Orders:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders
• The customer is responsible for any customs, brokerage, duties or taxes levied on international sales

Sales tax is charged for our New York customers at a rate of 8.875%.

Most orders received by noon e.s.t. are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday)

• All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date
• Items returned must be received in salable condition with all original packaging,  manuals, parts, accessories and paperwork intact.
• All returns not exchanged for another item are subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Defective items will be replaced without charge
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• For all breast pumps and fertility monitors: due to their personal nature breast pumps and fertility monitors can NOT be returned unless they are unopened and the seal has not been broken. Defective breast pumps and fertility monitors are warranted by the manufacturers and should be returned to them for repair or replacement. 
• For MediJector Insulin Injectors: Open packages can not be returned. All warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer.
• For CardioChek Testing Strips: Open, used or expired test strips are not returnable. If the item is found to be defective by the manufacturer, the item may be exchanged or returned for a refund.

• 1-year manufacturer's warranty on home-use Tanita Body Fat Monitors/Scales.
• 1-year to 3-year manufacturer's warranty on Tanita professional healthcare balances (please see product specifications for details).
