Are you searching for a wheelchair that offers seating and positioning combined with the folding convenience of a "stroller"? Introducing the new Cruiser Planar! This is our newest lightweight, compact-folding dependant mobility system with a 30-degree fixed tilt. It is equipped with a solid seat and back, firm lateral trunk supports, and a contoured headrest.

It provides a solid base of support to enhance posture and provide comfort for longer periods of sitting. The Cruiser Planar is upholstered in Darlex and Neoprene for a comfortable ride.

¹It is recommended that all wheelchairs be secured with four SAE J2249-compliant tiedown assemblies.

²These wheelchairs provide for anchoring of belt restraints that conform to the requirements of 4.9.2 - 4.9.5, and 5.2, and have been dynamically tested* in accordance with 5.3 and Annex A.³These wheelchairs were tested* using an optional wheelchair-anchored occupant restraint manufactured by Sure-Lok. The optional restraint may be purchased through Convaid.

⁴Convaid certifies that these wheelchairs comply with the frontal-impact performance requirements of 5.3.⁵Tested wheelchairs were stock transit models placed in a forward-facing configuration and tied down using one wheelchair securement point located on each of the four tubular legs of the wheelchair.⁶Lateral stability test results measure the degree of deflection, from a center point of the wheelchair, when the wheelchair is tilted at 45E.
