The Monark 884E Ergomedic Sprint bicycle is a completely new product designed by Monark. It is especially made for efficient exercise to you get immediate feedback. This ergonomic testing bicycle was developed in close cooperation with the Bosön Institute of Sports and the Swedish Champions in Ice Hockey.

The Monark 884E Ergomedic Sprint bicycle is designed so that the athlete will be able to perform an interval exercise in a most optimal way -- without external help and without losing energy by complicated programs or too much button-pushing. With this design, all energy can be focused on performing a better result in each interval. The bike's meter shows an average of the output from a 10 second interval, giving the athlete will get an immediate feedback of the capacity.

The Monark Sprint Bike also works as a regular weight ergometer.
